GMK5250L enhances mobility of DCH Crane?s fleet
DCH Crane has taken delivery of a Grove GMK5250L in a move to enhance the mobility of its fleet. The St. John?s, Newfoundland, Canada-based company acquired the crane in May 2016 and immediately put it to work to assist with several of its offered services, including lifting, rigging, heavy haul transport and general maintenance.
?We were looking for a crane that could meet 80 per cent of our capacity needs, but we still needed to remain in the five-axle class because of regional weight restrictions,? said Dwayne Murphy, Manager at DCH Crane. ?The GMK5250L suits our needs - it?s powerful for its size and gives us the mobility we need to efficiently service our ongoing work.?
