Lube Automatic Systems inaugurates new corporate office near Mumbai
Lube Automatic Systems Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Lube Corporation, Japan, inaugurated its new corporate office at Vasai, near Mumbai. The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of Daijiro Horikoshi, Director, Lube Corporation, and Toshio Naka, Vice President, Lube Automatic Systems, India. The Indian subsidiary is headed by Roland Machado, President and Managing Director. The event was attended by pan India distributors of Lube Automatic Systems and local dignitaries.
Established in the year 2008, Lube Automatic Systems is the sole distributor in India of centralised lubrication systems for machine tools and plastic injection moulding machines and consumables. The family owned Lube Corporation is an OEM supplier to major machine tool manufacturers in Japan and the rest of the world. The modular systems can also be easily retrofitted to machine tools across all major brands. Lube Corporation is also the inventor of LHL or Lube Hybrid Lubricant, a unique blend of oil and grease. LHL combines the advantages of oil, such as excellent non-adherence, liquidity and intervention; and grease, such as excellent extreme pressure resistance, wear resistance, water resistance and retention. Being the manufacturer of the centralised lubrication unit comprising pumps and metering valves, as well as the lubricants, Lube Corporation is in excellent position to cater to the demanding requirements of highly sophisticated machines for highly precise lubrication requirements.
“I am happy to be here to witness this major milestone in the history of our Indian subsidiary, Lube Automatic Systems, and congratulate Machado and his team for doing a great job in India. This is my first visit to India, and I am impressed by the vibrant industrial scenario of this great country poised for a major thrust in manufacturing,” said Daijiro Horikoshi.
“Way back in the year 2008, we were totally new to the Indian market and had our task cut out in making forays into the various manufacturing companies, mainly in the automotive sector as well as machine tool manufacturers. The hard work has paid well,” said Toshio Naka.
“I am delighted that this small seed of an enterprise we planted in 2008 has now grown into a healthy tree spreading its branches. Backed by various policy initiatives like Make in India and the PLI scheme, we are now witnessing a major surge in the manufacturing sector, especially the electrical and electronic field, and new Greenfield projects in electrical mobility and semiconductors. Lube has the products that fit in well with the real time manufacturing ecosystem of connected machines and remote monitoring. With optimum and precise lubrication, the LHL system is also very economical and environment friendly. I am grateful to our Chairman, Eijiro Horikoshi, who reposed his trust in me to nurture this Indian subsidiary, and his continuous support. We are missing his presence here today due to his busy schedule,” said Roland Machado.
