New Skyjack SJ9664 RT lift reaches 7 storeys
The model has an axle-based four-wheel drive system, Smartorque technology and an expansive workspace, says Skyjack, a division of Linamar.
Using Smartorque, Skyjack says it was able to power the SJ9664 RT with a smaller Kubota engine while delivering the same performance of higher horsepower units. By adjusting axle gear ratios and maximizing hydraulic output, the scissor provides additional performance with less engine horsepower, says Skyjack.
With a six-foot-wide by 14.5-foot-long work platform, the unit has an option of single or dual 5-foot extension decks, providing a large working space for personnel, tools and material.
The SJ9664 RT has a commonality of parts shared with Skyjack's other full-size RT scissors. The unit also features an impact-resistant control box, increased leveling capability and better protected components, says the company.
Other key features include:
The SJ9664 RT is supported by the optional Elevate telematics solution, which allows operators to see engine faults and other machine health metrics through a QR code system.
