Pump kit
Open circuit hydraulics with low stroke pump kit enables to reduce the boom fatigue for longer service life of the pump. Various capacity pump kits can be fitted to customaries end use requirement. The gating system is optional either rock or flatgate valve system. While rock valve combines reduces operating costs, also enables the delivery at higher pressures. The open hydraulic circuit reduces heat generation and saving the component wear at long run.
The repeated filtering and cooling due to the open hydraulic circuit reduces heat generation and component wear saving money in the long run.
Control system
To simplify the operation and maintenance of the machine, unique ?VECTOR? system is a programmed brain to collect the data from machine and communicate when required. Using this unique system operators can communicate with this machines, check operation data and collect machine state data in real time. Also the graphic display with plain text feeding is operator-friendly.
Remote
The radio remote control with its intuitive keys and warning systems helps operators to quickly learn to operate the pump.
All the pumps manufactured by Schwing Stetter are remote controlled and are extremely user-friendly. These pumps have very low operative maintenance cost and are easy to operate. There are multiple greasing points in every pump to allow smooth operation of the pump. The hydraulic circuit offered by Schwing Stetter is an open circuit as compared to the closed circuit offered by others. The open circuit curbs the hydraulic oil temperature from rising and suitable for dusty environments, hence cuts the costly maintenance.
