SDLG unveils Tier-IV Final wheel loader at BICES 2017
SDLG launched one of its most environmentally friendly wheel loaders at the 2017 Beijing International Construction and Machinery Exhibition & Seminar (BICES) in China. The SDLG L959F is the company?s newest Tier-IV final wheel loader, and it serves as a reflection of the company?s commitment to more environmentally friendly engine technology powering its construction equipment. The new loader will help customers meet the strictest emission standards in regions around the world.
?Sustainability has become one of the main focuses in the construction machinery industry over the past decade, and SDLG is being proactive in our efforts to help customers transition smoothly to more eco-friendly equipment,? said Wang Zhizhong, Board Chairman of SDLG. ?The L959F meets the strict emissions standards in Europe, for example, and it will also raise the bar for other regions. SDLG is committed to being a leader in the production environmentally sensitive construction equipment.?
The highlight at SDLG?s booth was the L959F, which was engineered to be extremely reliable on the job site, providing owners a high return on their capital investments. Its main features include: A Deutz Tier IV Final engine; an operating weight of 17,600 kg;a 3 cu m bucket capacity; a rated load limit of 5,000 kg; and a maximum breakout force of 50 kN.
Other new features aim to improve energy efficiency and operator safety. A newly designed hydraulic cooling system, for example, enables the easy adjustment of cooling fan speed, which improves efficiency. Additionally, the L959F uses a smart parking system that will automatically activate the machine?s braking system when the engine stalls, creating a safer working environment for operators.
