The 4-in-1 Perfection
The Indian material handling industry is going through a transformational phase as customers are demanding products that are safe, productive and reliable. Also, with palletisation and vertical stacking becoming popular concepts in India, JCB foresees a tremendous opportunity for its material handling solutions.
JCB has introduced three revolutionary product solutions in this segment - the Telehandlers known as JCB Loadall, the Skid Steer Loaders known as JCB Robot and the Super Loaders, with the aim of replicating global best practices in India. These products are not only safe to use, but also enhance on-site safety.
The Telehandlers are primarily used to lift, place and handle material at different heights. They are fast becoming popular in process industries, agricultural logistics, and construction. JCB has been pioneering the Telehandler concept since 1977 globally. Introduced in 2016 in India, JCB Loadall offers a unique combination of safety, productivity, and versatility.
Presently, JCB offers three variants of Telehandlers - the Made in India 530-70 and 530-110, and additionally a 17 m machine which is the 540-170 for high lift and reach applications which is imported from the UK.
JCB Loadall offers best-in-class lift height and forward reach:
Maximum lift height - Unmatched stacking and dumping capability of up to 7 m, 11 m, and 17 m on 530-70, 530-110, and 540-170, respectively
Maximum forward reach of 3.67 m, 7.3 m, and 12.5 m on 530-70, 530-110, and 540-170, respectively
The 530-70 and the 530-110 come with a rear wheel steers for excellent manoeuvrability
