Vermeer Corporation has bought Normag鈥檚 electric-powered horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and fluid systems technology, assuming the rights to develop, manufacture and distribute the European-based company鈥檚 electric HDD rigs, generator sets and fluid management systems.
